eschewing conclusions

on a sunny day
  blue
     cut up fluff
    sky
  on white

   in a stairwell tenderly
       penetrated by
      day
  i shake out a family
  of small rocks
   from my shoe

  pleasantly desolate
  i meet an archangel
    kicked out of university
     because of low grades
   and we realize
   how good it is

    despite the
  white noise which
    strains the evenings
      out of the sighs
   makes you drag your feet
    say fine
    pretty good OK great
