(aka Mike vs. The Spambots, Round Three) That's it, I'm declaring a war on URL shoretening services, redirectors, cloakers and obfuscators (see more here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/URL_redirection; see a list of the major offenders here).

I decided to create (and maintain) a stripped and alphabetised list of these spammer facilitators in a text file, for my (and your) blacklisting pleasure. It's on, bitches!
