Imaginary Girlfriend

after having walked here alone for seven long years
you don't have to imagine the steps

leaves snow grass
and the same dirt surprisingly more welcome than concrete

the slow taking in for granted of the now para
pædophilic para perverted para adulterous

otherwise known as free warmth simplified free sex
distilled free love

you played the game like a rich young bastard
with something to spare

raised hands blame cliché repetition warmth sleep
gone so you play the little games again

at night you hug the sheep fox and horse
twenty minutes before you ordered some tuna and salmon to go

you ask for two cokes for a change
and the girl who usually serves you is on the phone

so the young guy with the earnest smile gives you your order
and two straws
